Weaknesses

We all have our individual weaknesses. Potential employers often like to play games and ask about weaknesses, not to find out what they consider to be their own individual weaknesses, but to learn whether a candidate can demonstrate a little bit of self-awareness.

I am not particularly good at marketing, and I am not proficient at sales. That's not to say that I cannot perform in those roles, but I recognize that there are others who excel in such roles, and these are tasks which I do not enjoy. Where possible, I will gladly hire professionals for sales and marketing tasks.
